Lead Teacher Qualifications
1. Must be a baptized believer in Jesus Christ and believe the Bible is God’s Word and is the standard for faith and daily living
2. Must be a member of a local evangelical church
3. Minimum of 21 years old
4. High school diploma or GED
5. 45-hour DCF Introductory Child Care training
6. First Aid/CPR certified
7. CDA credential
8. Minimum 2 yrs. Experience
Assistant Teacher/Floater Qualifications
1. Must be a baptized believer in Jesus Christ and believe the Bible is God’s Word and is the standard for faith and daily living
2. Must be a member of a local evangelical church
3. Minimum of 18 years old
4. High school diploma or GED
5. 45-hour DCF Introductory Child Care training
6. First Aid/CPR certified
